Welcome to the Chicago Department of Aviation's (CDA) Disability Awareness and Assistance Program Training Site. This site provides viewers an opportunity to learn how to recognize airport patrons who may be in need of assistance and the best way to provide that assistance. This training video assures CDA's compliance well beyond the requirements of the American's with Disability Act (ADA) of 1990.
Getting from one point to another at any airport can be challenging, especially for travelers with disabilities. At O'Hare and Midway International Airports we recognize these challenges and are working to make traveling through Chicago's airports as pleasant and convenient as possible.
The CDA has a commitment to customer service and making Chicago's airport systems easily accessible for all of our travelers.
